1. GENERALFirst come first serve!
You can talk to me both in English and EspañolProvide me with clear references of the characters along with good examples of their outfits and personalities (if needed) and let me know of all details and/or extra stuff that you’d like to include. Price may vary if your design is complicated.
If your commission requires several reference pictures, once I have accepted your request please put all images in a Drive or a Dropbox where I can access them easily when I start drawing.Any ill behavior will not be tolerated. I have the right to cancel or turn down your commission at any given time if you do not follow these rules and/or make me uncomfortable.2. PAYMENTAll commissions must be paid full upfront through Paypal or Binance with the currency of USD only.3. PROCESSYou will receive a WIP:
-When the sketch is done.
-When the lineart is done (in case of full commission).
-If I have any doubts through the process.
This is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with what the piece looks like before I go ahead and finish it.Your commission can/may take up to 2-3 months to be completed depending on factors such as health, order of commission, family issues, complexity, etc. If any of these occur, you will be notified as soon as possible. If I can acknowledge I won’t be able to complete your commission I will refund you personally.4. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICYAny of the following rules can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.I hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
· Promote myself in any place or site.
· Publish with.
· To display it anywhere to my liking.
· Post it wherever I want.The commissioner is allowed to;
· Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
· Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
· Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
· Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
· Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
· Altering the artwork without my consent.5. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI, the artist, have the right to cancel and refund the money of your commission at any time.
If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner can cancel the order, but once the payment has been received and I’ve started to work on your commission, you have no right to demand a refund.
